These terms govern your use of the Neuraknow mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What Neuraknow is

Neuraknow is a personal learning tool that uses spaced repetition to help you remember what you learn. The app is free to use with no subscription, no premium tier, and no in-app purchases.

Your content

Everything you add to Neuraknow — concepts, explanations, collections — stays on your device. You own your content entirely. We never access, view, collect, or process it.

Because all data is stored locally, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, operating system updates, app uninstallation, or any other cause. We recommend keeping your own records of anything important.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Neuraknow for its intended purpose: personal learning and memory reinforcement. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The Neuraknow name, logo, and app design are the property of Abid Waqar. All rights are reserved.

The FSRS (Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler) algorithm used within the app is open-source software and is used under its respective license.

Disclaimers

Neuraknow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

Neuraknow is a learning aid. We make no claims about educational outcomes, exam results, or professional achievements. Your results depend on your own effort and consistency.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abid Waqar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Neuraknow.

Termination

You can stop using Neuraknow at any time by uninstalling the app. All locally stored data is removed when you uninstall. There is no account to close or data to request deletion of.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
